Terms and Conditions
VIP Delivery is valid for 12 months starting from the date purchased.
VIP Delivery is only available for delivery to UK addresses. Postcode restrictions do apply, please check your eligibility on our Delivery Information Page .
You must have a registered account with us and be logged in to use VIP Delivery.
If a Next Day service is not available, then your order will be sent Standard Delivery.
You must place your order in accordance with Rebellious Fashion's Next Day and Standard Delivery timescales and terms. Next day delivery will not be available on Bank Holidays and cannot be guaranteed during periods of high volumes.
VIP Delivery will not always be automatically selected at checkout so please always check and select your preferred delivery service.
Rebellious Fashion will not be held responsible for any delivery delays or failures that arises from out of our control.
You can cancel your VIP Delivery by contacting our Customer Service Team here . A full refund will only be given if you have not made any purchases using VIP Delivery.
We may decide to terminate your VIP Delivery and we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that violates our terms.

You have 45 days to send your item/s back- The return period starts from the day you place the order. Please note a returns charge of £1.99 per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount for the use of our returns label. See our easy to return methods below:-
Simply visit the returns portal and complete your order details. Please ensure you enter your order number. Print off the label, take it to your nearest post office and your request will be processed as soon as possible.
*Sorry, we're unable to accept returns for any face masks, pierced jewellery, used/open/unsealed cosmetics/perfume or any underwear/swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
