Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is breast cancer awareness month, a month where amazing charities and brands get together for an incredible cause. The #REBELGAL gang wanted to highlight this amazing work, giving some well deserved credit, and to share what you can do to help with projects that are making a change.

Wear Pink Day - October 18th

Join the nation wide event on the 18th October. Wearing pink to school, work or even out with friends with fundraiser 'wear it pink' is a great place to start. Their events have raise 3.5 million pounds since they started in 2002.

Support women in need

Donating to breast cancer charities may seem like the obvious place to start however is so important as donating even the smallest amount goes a long way.

Check Yo' Self

Now we wouldn't be a group of girls supporting girls if we didn't remind each of you to check yo self. Checking yourself for any lumps or irregularities as often as possible could save your life, with 90% of women diagnosed with breast cancer in the earliest stage surviving the disease for at least 5 years. Spread the word and get all your friends and family checking, but for more information visit:
