"This autumn I think the cape is going to make a comeback. Capes are great for adding a layer of warmth without the bulk of a coat so perfect for the autumn chill on those crisp mornings. They look great with jeans but can easily be dressed up and can be a real showstopper when worn with heels, elbow length gloves and a beehive up do.

Look for capes in autumnal colours to really work this perfect seasonal piece, I have a deep red one that I can't wait to pop on."

"My biggest fashion tip to look great this autumn is to stay hydrated by drinking a lot of water.

It will help you rid your body of toxins, feel slimmer, more alert and giving you healthy glowing skin and hair."

"I think this autumn it’s all about long boots and nice water-fall jackets in nude shades."

"My biggest fashion tip is to find your perfect pair of high-waisted, wide-leg jeans. They look amazing dressed up with a silk blouse, and will be equally chic with a chunky, cropped sweater once the chill sets in.

They literally go with everything—the key is finding a pair that fits you like a glove but is also comfortable enough to wear every day."

"My biggest tip this fall is to take inspiration from the men! I am really into tailored pants that highlight the assets 😉 partnered with turtlenecks. Switch up ballet flats for loafers and your platforms with sexy lace up heels.

Aim to add mystery to every look by adding one unexpected piece."

My biggest tip for looking great this autumn is to layer up! Fall is the time to put together fun layering combinations - think a knit sweater over a plaid shirt, a long vest over a dress, or tights under a summer dress.

Add a fabulous scarf and jacket and you have the perfect autumn outfit.

"So, basically I would say there is multiple ways to look good this autumn. Since bikini season is over, you can now eat those few extra carbs that you tried to avoid during the summer - especially that pumpkin spice latte that you've been anxiously waiting for Starbucks to release. Layering && trench coats are my go too when it comes to staying warm and wearing essential pieces for the colder weather.

I'm a big fan of turtle necks with long trenches on top which can easily transition from a work look to a night out at a wine bar. Trenches are key pieces to stay warm and look effortlessly chic if paired right with an essential knit underneath. The 70s are also making a comeback this autumn with warmer colours and those rust/brown tones.

So why not jump on that bandwagon and treat your wardrobe to a pair of suede knee high boots with a fab rust trench over top? You'll look chic and as if you know how to rock a runway."

"My biggest fashion tip for this autumn is to invest in great knitwear. A softly structured look will add a touch of feminine confidence to your wardrobe. Layering is great as we transition from autumn into winter, so have a stock pile of quality merino roll neck sweaters (this seasons nod to the 70's) that you can layer a sleeveless waistcoat jacket over, wrap a blanket style pashmina or huddle under your favourite winter coat.

Invest in great knitwear such as merino and cashmere that will see you from season to season. Berry reds and earthy tones mix withed with soft greys will give you a great tonal palette."

"I would say my ultimate tip for looking great in Autumn is to experiment with loads of different textures and invest in some good quality scarves and boots! It's no ground breaking tip but it's definitely something I stick to every year! I dress with quite a neutral palette so playing around with textures is helps me to stand out a little.

You can never go wrong with some thick knitwear pieces, a chic coat and killer boots! I also always buy my scarves from Zara - they are so thick and luxurious with some amazing prints!"

"My biggest fashion tip for Autumn is to invest in a pair of over the knee boots, they are so on trend this Autumn/ Winter and instantly transform any outfit. You can dress them up with a suede dress or button down skirt or wear them more casually with skinny jeans, chunky knitted jumper and sleeveless jacket for a stylish Autumn look.

They are such a great transitional piece for day or night and ooze style whether you wear them for warmth with tights or jeans or on a night out with a mini skirt or dress. They are so versatile, the outfit possibilities are almost endless!"

"Bring something new to your current Autumn routine, try to use grunge trend.

And remember, grunge is not only stereotypes - oversized denim jackets and ripped jeans. It's also how you see and interpret fashion trends."

"My biggest autumn fashion tips would be the colours that you can introduce into your wardrobe, I'm obsessing over all the Browns, reds, khaki and mustard colours that are all coming in to this season. Autumn colours are so wearable and will be perfect to mix and match.

Another fashion must have for autumn would have to be over the knee boots whom you could pair up with a cute dress/ playsuit or with a pair of jeans for the colder nights! What I love about over the knee boots for autumn season is that you can wear them with any outfit dressed up or casual!

As soon as autumn comes around I get out my big cosy knit jumpers and scarf’s too. Another tip would be faux fur everything! It’s so great to wear for a killer outfit possibly paired with your over the knee boots. As far as accessories wise bobble hats are always a cute touch to pair with an outfit whilst the autumn season is coming in!

My last few tips would be to experiment with materials in your wardrobe; suede is a big must have for me especially for this season such as suede jackets and skirts paired with a polo neck top! Autumn is great season for fashions so don’t be afraid to experiment!"

"My biggest fashion tip this Autumn is wearing over the knee boots with skinny jeans. There's nothing chicer than the clean lines and silhouette this look gives off, especially when paired with a poncho or cape up top, the two varying widths and dimensions create an amazing appearance together, you can't go wrong.

Make sure your boots are nice and tight all the way to the top though to create the perfect fit. Keeping things in a neutral colour palette as well, with just a pop of autumn hues in your accessories is one way to look fashionable, on trend and make a statement at the same time."

"My biggest fashion tip for autumn is to use classic pieces like a leather jacket and boots as the base of a look and working the rest of the look around it. For example, wear a girly dress and toughen it up with the jacket and ankle boots and a bright red lippy. Add some frilly ankle socks to give it a cute edge. Team contrasting items like a summery skirt with bare legs and balance it out for this time of year by wearing it with a chunky jumper.

Use accessories like a big statement necklace to be the centre piece by wearing it with a standard oversize boyfriend tee. Leather pants are the ultimate autunm wardrobe staple, they can be worn either casual or dressed up making them so versatile and keeping the cost per wear down which is always a bonus.

Go from teaming them with loafers and a shirt in the office to switching it up for heels, cami top and blazer for the bar! Hair can be hard to work with when the weather is so unpredictable so dry shampoo is your new BFF. Stick your hair up in a messy bun or pony tail, wrap a section of hair around the hair tie and pull a few strands out to complete the messy up do."

"My biggest fashion tip to look great this autumn would be not to hold back. The mistake I always make is that I tend to stick to my blacks and whites, and don't get me wrong, they're great, but autumn is an amazing season full of colour; khakis, mustards, reds, oranges.

These colours will compliment your surroundings wherever you are; city or country. Put your boring old black boots under your bed and invest in some brown ones, your black high-waisted jeans are probably so over worn and fading to grey now (guilty), so invest in some blue toned ones.

If you feel like your outfit looks a bit dull, add some accessories, a watch, a scarf, a necklace, even a belt or some stud earrings make a difference. Also, don't fear those berry toned lipsticks that are hiding at the bottom of your makeup drawer, they always look wonderful."

"My biggest fashion tip to looking great this Autumn would defiantly be a nice poncho. They are a must have this fall and you can create a cool stylish look, have a nice change from all the winter coats and still keep yourself warm!

Ponchos also look great paired with a pair of platform wedges. They are the ultimate Fall shoe must-have due to its tendency to be chunky, yet trendsetting and sexy. They also look amazing when they’re styled with jeans or midi skirts."

"My staple pieces this autumn are definitely knee high boots and capes. Knee high boots add a timeless element to any outfit and capes are perfect for draping over your back when it's too cold for just a top but not quite cold enough for a big coat.

As for colours: Monochrome of course is my favourite but also camel and burgundy are really in right now too. Layer up, keep warm and look amazing!"

"My fashion tip for autumn is invest in a pinafore dress, this is the must have staple for Autumn Winter 15. Style with a polo neck, a striped tee or peter pan collared blouse and top with a Fedora hat and your good to go! Super stylish and chic!"

"I think my biggest tip would be to invest in some statement pieces that don’t date. For example, a good black coat, warm neutral coloured scarf and some black boots.

It’s always worth spending a little more on staples that you can wear year after year and then bringing your look up to date with more trend lead items! I tend to invest in really simple basics, and then get my detail in with interesting cuts and shapes worn underneath."

"My sage old piece of advice is always that 'less is more'. Stick to 2/3 seasonal colours and work your wardrobe around them - I'm loving the wine, mustard and forest green colours this season.

It's always good to have some key pieces too, like a statement winter coat or classic pair of boots that will really finish off any autumn outfit."

"I'd say for Autumn this year stick to your staple pieces. Great knitwear, coats and boots but introduce textures of suede, velvet and fringing. Your own interpretation of past trends.

Wearing it your way, together or as seperates. Adding these textures can bring a luxurious feel to a look as well as classic glamour for the festive season."

"Autumn fashion and styles can be a great way to transition from wearing summery short sleeve tops and bright colours to wintery thick dark black and grey coats. One of my biggest fashion tips for Autumn is to wear rich earthy colours, like reds, oranges, greens and yellow thick knits because they are warm, look great against both grey and blue skies and brighten up any outfit.

I am loving ripped flared jeans and ghillies shoes, which have a beautiful cut and are great at protecting your feet from the cold. My biggest fashion tip would be to not overdo the massive chunky coats and thick wooly boots just yet and to try to wear a number of thin layers so that if the sun does comes out you can just take them off and enjoy yourself, instead of feeling like a Christmas turkey roasting in the oven."

"For me Autumn is all about layers! I love my knitwear especially when paired with a big chunky scarf and leather jacket. I tend to buy most of my knits in neutral tones, I'm not one for brights! A good quality polo neck is always a staple of mine and I've currently got my eye on a lovely grey cape."

"The thing I love about Autumn the most is layering! There's nothing more cosy than an oversized knit matched with a longline coat. Knit dresses are set to be big these season too and we're still seeing suede come through from SS15 but in trench coats this time around."
